Receiving your parcel

 

Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day from France (subject to receipt of payment). All orders are sent via the postal service with a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as the parcel is active on the La Poste website.

 

For deliveries within Paris, only orders placed before 6pm will be delivered the same day by courier.

 

Packaging

 

The boxes are suitably sized and your items are properly protected.

 

What’s more, the parcel carries no information revealing what’s inside.

 

We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine 2 orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them.

 

Shipping rates for your parcel via La Poste.

 

We offer several delivery options for your order:

 

– Tracked Letter delivery by La Poste*: dispatched on the day of your order. You’ll receive your parcel within 24 / 48h straight into your letterbox, with no signature required.

Flat rate in France <100grs: 3,05 €

Flat international rate <100grs: 6.45 €

 

 

Free on orders over 40€.

 

– Colissimo tracked delivery by La Poste (WITH OR WITHOUT SIGNATURE):

 

dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Parcels are usually delivered within 48 working hours max and handed over on signature.

 

Flat rate (whatever the weight): 4.95 € or 6,95 € (with signature)

 

Free on orders over 40€.

 

– Colissimo International delivery: delivered to your door internationally on signature. Delivery charge: 13.05€.

 

When it comes to delivery times, we are unfortunately dependent on our provider, “La Poste”. Delivery delays can sometimes occur.

In any case, we undertake to make sure your parcel is delivered to you, otherwise we’ll refund you.

 

Payment methods

 

PayPal

 

Unfortunately, we no longer accept PayPal payments. This is beyond our control: the American company no longer wishes to work with businesses that sell CBD.

 

Bank Card with OVRI

 

To guarantee reliable and secure transactions, our StrongCBD.fr shop uses the online bank card payment service OVRI.

 

OVRI is a company that has obtained thePCI DSS accreditation which guarantees that appropriate measures are in place to protect cardholders’ data against online theft and any fraudulent use. This payment terminal lets you pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro and Discover card.

To make payment even more secure, the transaction must be validated by the system3D Secure. A verification code will be sent to you by phone in order to authenticate the cardholder.
